Applications for the Adecco Talent Academy are open until February. This Adecco Portugal program welcomes young people who have recently graduated or are at the end of their studies for an internship with the Human Resources company. This year there are around 60 vacancies.
You can apply for a curricular internship, an Adecco training grant or a professional internship through the IEFP (Ativar program). In 2023, this program recorded a retention rate of more than 50% of young people in Adecco Portugal’s teams. Those interested can apply here.
As soon as a trainee joins Adecco Portugal, they start a training plan lasting at least two weeks, which includes mentoring with a senior employee to pass on knowledge and better integrate into the teams. This trainee will enjoy periodic follow-ups, both from their line manager and from Human Resources, scheduled throughout the year.
At the end of the internship, Adecco’s aim is for each trainee to have an offer to join the company and, if this is not possible, the trainee will be included in the pool of candidates available for recruitment at client companies.
The profiles sought are in the areas of recruitment and selection, salary processing, accounting, management control, operations management and marketing.
However, according to Jéssica Marquito, Talent Aquision and head of the project, “more important than the candidate’s training are the behavioral skills, so the selection will be based on these and on the motivation presented”.
The Adecco Talent Academy strives to integrate recent graduates into the company who bring a new vision to the market itself and, as proof, in 2023 it integrated 60% of the trainees who started in 2022.
This Talent Academy offers personalized training with access to different international platforms such as TAG University and Linkedin Learning, which aim to identify a vocation and develop skills in that area; benefits that are transversal to all Adecco Group employees such as a day off on their birthday, carnival, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, one afternoon off per quarter, two days of teleworking, a free professional psychological support platform, among others.
